However, as I am having a cup of coffee and gazing out my window, watching the world wake to another day, I find myself reflecting on what has been an amazing journey - of which has really just begun. </p> <p>When I first embraced my submissive nature, instead of suppressing it with all my might, I was tantalized by the intensity and rawness of giving into one&#8217;s own true sexual nature. </p> <p>The act of accepting who I am sexually was not easily taken. Yet, when it was, it was with an explosion of desire. It was like a child at their first visit to an amusement park, full of amazement, wonder, and energy. Lots of energy!</p> <p>Oh, don&#8217;t misunderstand. The amazement, wonder, and energy are all still present. However, I now am able to experience the calmness that is also evident. </p> <p>There is a contentment to being true to one&#8217;s self. There is this soul-reaching calmness that occurs when I submit. </p> <p>I have learned that this is the main reason I do not prefer to scene with any random sexy man. I am sure the scene would be intense and very hot! Yet, I would feel empty in the aftermath of the excitement. I, personally prefer the intensity to be followed by calmness and comfort. </p> <p>I prefer; no, I need the whole person. Both him and I. I thrive on the connection. It will not just be a mark of time past, but also the end of our contract. Yes, He could decide that I am not the one for Him. However, even if that were to transpire, I have been given a gift. </p> <p>I have been awoken as a true submissive. Before, I merely had submissive desires and tendencies. Now I know what it is to truly submit to another&#8217;s desires. It is a tremendous thing, submitting one&#8217;s will, one&#8217;s entire self to another. </p> <p>For me, submission is a beautiful and freeing action. Serving Him has permitted me to be who and what I truly am. </p> <p>For this revelation and so much more, thank you Sir.
